What size paper bag should I choose for our products and promotional materials?

The choice of size is highly individual and depends on what you most often plan to place inside the bag. Our 30 years of experience in manufacturing promotional paper bags and constant communication with clients from various industries has allowed us to standardize the most preferred sizes and optimize them in terms of cost.

 

What type of paper should I choose for our promotional paper bag? We’re looking for a balance between price and quality.

The choice of paper depends on your budget and the message you want to convey to your clients and partners. This can range from practicality and optimization to elegance and class. Regardless of the type of paper you choose, the added image value and message reinforcement are guaranteed.

How do I know how many print colors I need?

The paper color is not counted as a print color. Let’s look at examples using white paper:

One-color printing: If you want a white bag with a logo in one Pantone or HKS color (black, red, or any other), that’s a one-color print. Even if the background is black or red and the logo is white – it's still one-color print.

Two-color printing: A white bag with a logo in two Pantone or HKS colors (e.g., black and red) is a two-color print. The same applies to a black background with a red and white logo.

Three-color printing: A white bag with a logo in three Pantone or HKS colors (e.g., black, red, green) is a three-color print. A black background with a logo in red, green, and white also counts as three-color print.

Full-color printing (CMYK): If you want a bag with logos in CMYK colors and/or images (photos), this is a full-color print.

 

How can I get a quote?

• For inquiries about multiple sizes and types of paper – go to the “Inquiry” menu, fill out the necessary information for us to prepare a quote, and send your request.

• For inquiries about a specific standard size – go to the product you're interested in, fill out the necessary information, and send the request. It’s helpful to know in advance what size, paper type, print colors, and handle type you want.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

We strive to respond to all inquiries within the business day, often within 1 hour of receiving the request. Of course, during busy periods, there may be slight delays, but we always aim to quote as quickly as possible.

 

I received a quote and want to order promotional paper bags with our logo and design. How do I place an order?

• Send us an email with the quote number and date, specifying exactly what you’d like to order, as the quote often includes different options and quantities.

• Indicate the type and color of the handle.

• If you want to prepare your own design, let us know and we’ll send you a template for the specific bag size, where you can place the images yourself.

• If you want us to create the design, send your logo and/or images, along with the text content (addresses, phone numbers, website) to be printed on your bag. It would also help to send a short description of how you envision your bag. If you want to use Pantone colors, please specify them.

• Send us your invoicing details.

We will review everything, prepare the order, and send you a proforma invoice for a 50% advance payment. Once the payment is received, we’ll prepare a FREE DESIGN and send it to you for review and approval, or wait for your feedback if changes are needed.

Our experienced designers will do their best to meet your expectations while offering guidance on how your promotional paper bag will look best.

You have unlimited possibilities to bring your ideas to life on promotional paper bags, printed and produced with care and attention to detail by us. You may use the entire surface of the bag (front, back, sides, and bottom) for YOUR PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES without affecting the price. The printing method used is sheet offset printing, which ensures impeccable print quality.

 

What are the file requirements for printing?

- .pdf format;

- Text converted to outlines;

- Raster images 300dpi at 1:1 scale, CMYK.

 

What are the production lead times?

Production lead times depend on our production schedule and order quantity. The minimum production time is 15 working days. Typically, from October to February we are very busy, and lead times become longer. If you plan to order bags for your New Year’s campaign, it’s best to schedule production in the summer months to receive them on time.

The quote you receive will include a specific timeframe based on our schedule.

 

We need promotional paper bags for an event in a few days. Can you help?

We keep in stock single-color paper bags in several sizes. You can purchase them from us and attach a sticker or card with your logo. You can also have them printed with your logo using screen or digital printing. See the “paper bags in stock” menu.

We print before producing the bags, so we cannot print anything on already made bags.
